THE EDUCATIONAL SCOPE
Programming efforts will focus on humanitarian education. For example, a lecture series will be used to encourage formation of endowed chairs or scholarships within the field of humanitarian studies at various learning institutions appealing to both young and adults.
The principal purpose of the various programs is to provide leadership in empowerment education, i.e., to teach people to help themselves through better understanding of interpersonal relations and cultural integration. This knowledge can be used to implement programs in the urban environment particularly concerning inner-city sociological problems.
Other benefits are to provide education in areas of how to practically give aid and guidance to socially disconnected people who need to be reintegrated to a working society. By learning how to become self-supportive, one increases the hope of becoming an active contributor to society. The development programs will affect youths and adults as well as seniors.
