The Raoul Wallenberg Humanitarian Institute (RWHI) has been formed as an international educational center dedicated to a single mission:
to foster and promote humanitarian thought and action.
With this important mission comes responsibility to provide philosophical discussion and direction concerning topics relating to the resolution of human conflict through empathic action.
Since funds are often severely limited for many worthwhile humanitarian projects, encouragement should be given to those who have dedicated themselves to provide a better quality of life for others. To foster such initiatives, RWHI will provide aid and guidance as well as advocacy for those efforts.
The focus of the organization is strictly educational. The Institute is planning educational programs encompassing lectures, documentary film productions and school curricula for young people and adults. The programs will focus on Raoul Wallenberg’s persona and his courageous humanitarian deeds.
